Grippy Sprintweb 3D texturing enhances ball contact for dribbling at high speeds, and it extends all the way to the toe for even more precision. The laceless Plus features an integrated Primeknit collar for a snug fit, while the ergonomic padding around the ankle is specifically designed to minimize irritation.Like F50s past, the cleat comes with a choice of two sockliners in the box: stick with the SL for pure speed or swap in the Comfort for extra impact absorption.
Cleat Class - Elite
F50
Originally released ahead of Euro 2004, it was on the feet of some of the world’s quickest players for the next decade, from a turbo-charged teenage Messi to prime Arjen Robben and Gareth Bale. Lethal finishers loved its combination of a lightweight feel and clean strike zone too, with the likes of David Villa, Lukas Podolski, Karim Benzema, and Luis Suarez choosing to lace up in various versions over the years.
Various is right – the F50’s back catalogue spans multiple generations with several significant innovations and redesigns. There was the Tunit concept with its interchangeable cleats and sockliners, giving every wearer the opportunity to “tune” the cleat to specific surfaces and personal preferences. The adizero iterations, including the Prime and 99g, as the 3-Stripes chased ultimate lightweight speed. The integration of the MiCoach data-tracking system. Experimentation with leather versus synthetics in the race for top performance. Wherever you look, the F50 has always been at the forefront of soccer cleat innovation.
Today, it’s all about raw pace. Designed for acceleration in every direction, the next-gen adidas F50 sets the benchmark for speed all over the field. Any player, any position: if it’s one on one, your opponent’s done.

Ground Type Guide
Selecting the correct sole plate for the surface you are playing on is crucial, not only for the performance and longevity of your cleats, but also to avoid the risk of injury.
Using an outsole that isn't designed specifically for the surface on which you are playing may cause premature wear and/or damage that will not be deemed as a fault of manufacture and will prevent the retailer accepting them for a refund or exchange.
Firm Ground
Cleats with Firm Ground soleplates are only to be used on natural short-grass surfaces that is firm underfoot but may be slightly wet.
Designed specifically for this playing surface, they offer acceleration, comfort and enhanced traction, dispersing stud pressure evenly across the foot.
FG soleplates are fixed (not removable) and are used worldwide; wetter countries tend to use them spring to autumn.
FG cleats are not to be used on artificial ground (AG) surfaces as the construction is not designed for the extra friction.
FG cleats used on AG surfaces will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.
