Cleat Class - Elite
Future
With that in mind, PUMA focus on fit and stability for their modern playmaker’s cleat, ensuring you have the right amount of support and traction to change direction quickly and leave opponents reeling.
The concept began in 2018 with the Future NETFIT and its lace-how-you-like customizable closure system. Then we had the Future Z with its trademark midfoot band and soleplate bridge, followed by the Future Ultimate, which uses PWRTAPE tech on the upper to offer targeted support. The goal is the same with every Future: to enable players to move unrestricted. The only limit is your imagination.
That’s why Neymar Jr wears the Future – it’s the perfect match for his skillful, creative style, full of feints and body swerves. Likewise Jack Grealish and Dzsenifer Marozsan. If you like to put defenders on the floor, you’ll love playing in the Future.
Puma
All five have wowed spectators wearing perhaps the most iconic cleat of all: the PUMA King. Having been tweaked and refined over the years since its introduction in 1968, the King’s now available in a lighter, more streamlined design that’s engineered for modern playmakers.
The PUMA range also includes the agile Future Z and the superfast Ultra, both of which use the latest tech to provide lightweight performance that lets your skills shine.

Ground Type Guide
Selecting the correct sole plate for the surface you are playing on is crucial, not only for the performance and longevity of your cleats, but also to avoid the risk of injury.
Using an outsole that isn't designed specifically for the surface on which you are playing may cause premature wear and/or damage that will not be deemed as a fault of manufacture and will prevent the retailer accepting them for a refund or exchange.
Soft Ground
Soft Ground is used to describe natural grass surfaces that are wet and muddy and require the most aggressive traction. Cleats made for soft ground (SG) have removable, replaceable screw-in studs and typically come in a six-stud configuration (4 at the forefoot, 2 slightly longer at the heel).
