You can change your details at any time in Profile. Once you're logged in, you can change:
Your contact details - Name and Email address
Your addresses within your address book
Your Marketing Preferences
Any changes you make won't affect any order you've already placed.
If you've forgotten your password, just go to Log-In and click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link and enter your email address.
If we find a matching account to the email address you provided, we'll send you an email to allow you to reset your password.
Yes, we do keep some records in My Account. You'll be able to see and update:
Your Name
Your Addresses
Contact Details
See all of your orders (you can track the progress of the delivery from here as well).
If you no longer wish to receive Pro:Direct emails you can unsubscribe simply by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in one of our emails, or by going to Profile and making the change there.
