How do I join PD:FC?

PD:FC membership will automatically be added to your basket on qualifying products.

If you do not want to join PD:FC, you can CANCEL at any time by contacting our Customer Service team.

How long does my PD:FC membership last?

It's a lifetime membership for just a single payment of $5.00.

Every time you place an order using your PD:FC account your savings will automatically be applied to your order.

How do I get my PD:FC discounts on each order?

You don’t need a code as your savings will be automatically applied when logged in to your PD:FC account.

All discounted pricing will be clearly marked on each product page.

How do I cancel my PD:FC membership?

You can cancel your PD:FC membership and receive a refund of the membership cost within the first 14 days of purchasing PD:FC.

You may choose to cancel by notifying us of your intention to cancel:

You should keep evidence of having given notice of cancellation such as an email acknowledgement from us confirming that we have completed your request.

Are there products which do not qualify for the discount?

A small number of products are not eligible for PD:FC discount. 

These products are subject to vendor rules and regulations outside of our control.

Elite Club is now PD:FC — what does that mean?

We’ve rebranded Elite Club to PD:FC: Pro-Direct Football Club, a name that better reflects our heritage and the community we’re building.

Has anything changed for members?
