My Discount code isn't working

Common reasons include:

• The code has expired.
• The code does not apply to the items in your cart (check exclusions).
• Minimum purchase requirements have not been met.

If the discount code is not recognized, you can follow these steps to see if this helps:

• Be careful if you copy & paste the code as this adds a space at the end - this space needs to be deleted.

How do I add a Discount code online?

To apply a discount code to your order, just follow these steps:

1. Add your chosen items to your cart.
2. In the Cart or Checkout, enter the code in the Discount code field.
3. Click on Apply - your discount will be shown immediately if valid.

How do automatic discounts work?

Automatic discounts are applied at Checkout when your cart meets the promotion requirements - no code needed.

Can I use a discount code after placing my order?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. Please ensure you enter the code before completing your purchase.

General Discount Terms

• The discount code can only be used for purchases made online.
• The discount is only valid on products and/or orders that meet the condition of your discount code.
• Discounts only apply to full price products (excluding products already discounted in the sale) and also excludes exclusive products.
• You may not use more than one discount per order, and promotions may not be used in conjunction with one another unless otherwise specified by us.
• Where items purchased online with a discount code are subsequently returned, the value of the discount code will be deducted from the amount refunded.
• The promotional code is not for resale and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Pro:Direct Sport reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the discount at any time.
