The Pre-Order date provided when you placed your order is the anticipated dispatch date from our warehouse and is based on the delivery schedule advised by the manufacturer.
We'll inform you of any delay as soon as possible by email and let you know the new expected dispatch date.
If you've chosen to personalise your Pre-order item, please also allow an additional 4-6 days for dispatch.
Product sizes are US unless otherwise stated.
When ordering footwear you will have the option of selecting US, UK or EUR sizes. When you receive your order confirmation the US size will be shown. Size comparison charts are available for most products. If you require assistance please contact us.customer.service@prodirectsport.com
NOTE - Please note that on your confirmation email it will state the US size but on the dispatch note you will receive it will show the UK size. You will still receive the correct size that you purchased online.
